JOB PROFILE
Primary Teaching Assistant at School 21 will play a central role in establishing and maintaining the culture and ethos of the school. In all your interactions with pupils, teachers and parents you will display the highest levels of professionalism, efficiency and empathy. You will go the extra mile for pupils who face particularly chaotic lifestyles. You will take responsibility for ensuring effective systems are maintained for the behaviour monitoring and tracking of all pupils in order to ensure that exceptional progress is made by all pupils.

As we are an all-through school you will be part of a team across the whole 4 to 18 school. Although you will be based in the secondary school there will be many opportunities to share practice. And of course the whole team will be united in the view that all children can succeed.
