Pastoral and Wellbeing Support at Sixth Form

School 21 is a school where every student is known, seen and heard. This continues into our sixth form, with 90% of our sixth formers being external, we work hard to create an inclusive community.

Coaching

Three times a week, we begin with a dedicated 40 minutes of coaching. In these coaching sessions, we provide students with a toolkit of key oracy skills to help them advocate for themselves and their community. They debate real life issues, explore different career/pathways that are available to them and help students develop the key skills needed to present themselves in the workplace.

Support Team

Our sixth form team is always on hand to ensure that students are well supported at sixth form. Meet the team here.
