School 21 music department, based in Newham, East London, runs a vibrant, innovative 4-18 music curriculum that transcends the classroom. Our pioneering band project ensemble programme, where around 250 students aged 9-14 engage in an immersive instrumental programme alongside professional musicians every year, for between 2-5 years of their school life
Our annual musical, where students aged 9-18 set up as a professional company to create a West-End show (from actors/singers/dancers to technicians/stage managers) featuring professional set, costumes & band
Instrumental lessons for students aged 15-18 from low income families
