Some of our incredible young women at School 21 spent International Women’s Day (IWD) 2024 at Sadlers Wells with the world renowned NYC Ballet and the US Ambassador!
It was an exciting day, which was shared with Langdon School, and organised by our schools partnership team at Sadlers Wells.
On the day, our students took part in a workshop delivered by NYC’s Ballet Wendy Whelan who is one of the people responsible for the incredible technique of NYC Ballet dancers. The US ambassador and US Embassy staff visited the workshop and spoke about IWD celebrations with our young people.
The day ended with the ambassador making some closing remarks. Here is to raising up incredible girls and women across the world!
